Meeting at APT Cinquale where you leave the e-bikes and walk a short stretch on the sea side, 50 meters away are the Dunes of Forte dei Marmi, where the expert Gianluca will guide you to discover intact vegetation is protected by the WWF . Return to the APT and, riding the ebikes, take the Via Romantica, a stretch along the Versilia river until you reach Lake Porta, an oasis protected by the WWF, where Antonio awaits you, who will illustrate the species of migrants present and stationed on the lake. Antonio is a self-made man expert in ornithology and birdwatching respectful and passionate about nature in general. Visit for an hour and a half, then a nice tour of the Versilia golf course and you will enter via Padre Ignazio da Carrara towards Vittoria Apuana where a good coffee awaits you at the fourth Platano bar or, depending on the time, a delicious aperitif. We will visit 2 splendid wineries representative of the Chianti Classico area and, after having touched the vineyards and visited the cellars, we will taste the wines produced. We will have lunch at the Gagliole company in Panzano in Chianti (FI, after visiting the vineyards and cellars, then in the afternoon we will move to the Monsanto Castle in Barberino Val d'Elsa (FI).
