Our tour includes semi-professional snorkeling equipment (all cleaned and sanitized before and after every use) including fins, certified life vests, and a certified guide who will also take underwater photos of your experience as a courtesy. We offer snacks to enjoy right on the boat! We provide water, beer, sports drinks and, with online reservations, our own La Leyenda Craft Beer for free. Mahahual Ecotours’s owner Victor Rosales started working in tourism in 2006 as a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor, worked for 7 years in contact with tourist in the Scuba Diving world, not only in México but also worked in a few countries around the world. After traveling and working abroad I realized how amazing the Yucatán peninsula is, and no one was offering activities related to nature, friends and family said that I should open a business using my local knowledge and expertise in the area. So in November 2013 we took the first official bookings.
