Nightly entertainment in the Florida Keys comes in shades of crimson, tangerine, and burnt auburn as tropical sunsets are simply a step outside. After a day on the ocean, scuba diving or snorkeling, getting some awesome sunshine or eating our great local cuisine, there is only one way to finish off the perfect day in Key Largo: hop onboard on our our spacious 45-foot catamaran which has a wide open deck with plenty of places to sit, move about, and mingle. Relax where the colorful sun seems close enough to touch. You will depart for this hour and a half sunset cruise from the beautiful Amoray Dive Resort located at the top of Key Largo, only one hour from Miami Airport. We are located on the bay side of the island where the seas are calm and you will have an unobstructed view of the sunset. Join the Blue Moon Crew for a day to Beautifying our waterways. Blue Moon Kayak is always looking for additional help to clean up our local waters. Here is your chance to help make an impact on your vacation by looking closely in the water, in the mangroves, and on the beaches. Everyone can make a difference by spending a little time of their day picking up one - two - three or more pieces of plastic. We will educate you on the different types of debris we find, and how long each takes to decompose in our natural environment, and what impacts they have to our local flora and fauna. Blue Moon Kayak partners often with local non-profits to help clean up our local waterways. Tours like these help us sponsor those events for their volunteers each month. Note: This is a tour and clean up excursion, but knowledge is the goal and purpose, not distance so it is great for all skill levels.

Seeing the Florida Keys on an e-bike is VIP style type of experience. We recommend the paved trail on the side of US-1 spanning from MM110 to MM94 for Key Largo, ocean side. It's safe and you will share with walkers/runners. You can also ride on a few sections of paved trail on the bay side, but it's not available everywhere in Key Largo. Getting into Tavernier: Just like in Key Largo, continue riding the paved trail on the side of US-1 spanning from MM94 to MM89, ocean side. It's safe and you will share with walker/runners. Feel free to take a left turn on Burton Dr and explore Harry Harris Park. Islamorada: Take the Old Hwy (Old US-1). Make a full stop at each STOP sign: it's the law !

On our morning trips we head out on our 2022 51' catamaran the Calypso to the beautiful John Pennekamp Coral Park and snorkel two different reefs for 45 minutes at each site. The reefs we visit are no deeper than 25' which is great for snorkelers, and the same reefs come up to as shallow as 5-10' from the surface in some parts which makes it perfect for our snorkelers - both kids and adults. We visit some of the most popular sites including Christ of the Abyss, Horseshoe Reef, Grecian Rocks, Banana Reef and more daily (weather conditions and mooring space permitting at the dive sites).
