On this tour we will start on our winery, were we will have the experience to check all the technical details process from our vinification methods followed by a local guide. Next stop we will be explore our wine cellar having the opportunity to experienced on first hand how we still aged our top red and white wines plus Port wines we do at Quinta da Foz. The wine producers are always small producers and have to be booked and choose according to their availability. The choice of the wineries is my personal choice and is made to allow you to see different kinds of producers and in order to build a reasonable circuit. The region is big, the roads are bad and the producers are apart from each others. If the circuit is not very well done we will be all day just travelling between wineries.
