On our tour of Leuven we will see the most important points of this beautiful city. We will begin our tour at the train station and, from there, we will head towards the historic center of the city. On the way to the most important square in the city, we will make a short stop at the Plaza de los Martires .
And from there we will arrive at the spectacular Laudezeplein, a square where the Library of the University of Leuven is located, a famous building and symbol of the city. Following this academic path, we will visit the Faculty of Psychology, with its beautiful gardens. Passing through the most lively area of the city and a point to have a drink after the tour, we will arrive at the Grote Markt.
In this medieval square we can discover several of the most spectacular buildings of the Brabantine Gothic style in Belgium: the Cathedral of Saint Peter and the Town Hall.
And very close to this wonderful square we will visit the Oueder Markt, the most famous and eclectic square in the city. And, approaching our final point, we will visit the baroque jewel of the Church of San Miguel or the Chapel of San Damián. And we will end our tour with the most magical, hidden and spectacular place in the city: the Gran Beguinario. Here, this ancient city of women, takes on a unique dimension and leaves no one indifferent.
