Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, Topguide24 will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and, where appropriate, notify the responsible third-party provider.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you have provided was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification. Such counter-notification must comply with the requirements of the DMCA or other applicable laws. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Topguide24 may reinstate the material in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
