Throughout our tour, I will tell you about the most interesting and important historical events and historical buildings, the town’s transition to the bicycle city we find today, the regional geology by having a closer look at the building stones of the Minster and paved streets and the the Bächle (the iconic water canals) as well as the two gate towers.
Finally, you will get an understanding of the earth’s processes in the region that shaped the landscape we find today. The tour ends near the Wasserschlössle where you'll have a view over the town of Freiburg and the Rhine Valley. If you like the sound of that, I am more than happy to welcome you on this tour.
