my name is Ana. I participated in the restoration of many Split landmarks including the statue of Grgur Ninski by Ivan Mestrovic, the Diocletian mausoleum, the portal of palace Augubio, etc.
Being a tour guide is a long-time wish for me. I will walk you through historical facts as well as stories and mysteries surrounding Split and Diocletian's palace.
We will begin our journey in park "Đardin", then we will make our way to the map on Split Riva. After that, we will make our way through the Diocletian's basements to Peristil. From there we will go to Diocletian's apartment, vestibular, cryptoporticus, etc. From there we will make our way to the golden (north) gate. There you will also see the famous statue of Grgur Ninski made by renowned and world-famous sculptor Ivan Meštrović.
From there we will go to Pjaca and Voćni Square where we will finish our tour.
