Things to Do in Pisco Elqui

We will set up a unique and magical place beneath the stars to serve you a unique dinner with ingredients from our area, in a spot in the mountains of the Elqui Valley. The sunset is rich in tonalities that will accompany your three-course Mediterranean dinner. And in the evening astronomical observation through a large 20-inch telescope in a destination world famous for providing exceptional skies for the identification of celestial objects.

Our terroir wines will surprise you. We make two varieties of wine. The first is a Late Harvest wine with Moscatel de Austria, Moscatel de Alejandría, Pedro Jiménez and Rosada Pastilla grapes. We also make a dry white wine with a Pedro Jiménez, which we recommend pairing with seafood and elquino products such as goat cheese or dried fruit.

We will visit the most picturesque places of this great Valley, which surrounds us with mysticism and relaxation. We will visit the Puclaro Reservoir, Vicuña and its attractions. We will know in a pisquera factory the process of the distillation of the grape. Lunch will take place in a typical restaurant of the place. We will continue the route to Paihuano, we will make a stop at the viewpoint, to go later to Monte Grande. Pisco Elqui is the last town on this circuit, a small town with narrow streets and adobe houses, where the place's square and a beautiful water fountain stand out, with figures of children; the village church and crafts centers typical of the place, welcome us and say goodbye to this tour.

By car we will go to the last village of the Elqui Valley: During the tour the guide will tell you all the stories and directions of the places that can be visited during the route. In the last village you will receive the bikes, equipment and safety tips to start on your own the return journey along a single 17 km path with downward trend. During the route you can visit the places previously indicated by the guide.
