Our cruise starts with a delicious breakfast enjoyed on board while heading towards our first destination, Panteronisia / Blue Lagoon.  Once there, we will be surrounded by shallow azure waters, impossible to come by at any accessible spot on the island. We will take our time to enjoy the mesmerizing view and our first swim, accompanied by local snacks. Mastichari cave. There, we will discover small sea caves ideal for snorkeling, while the white rocks above are suitable for daring cliff jumping. Then, we will pass by the famous cave of Epitaphios and reach the shallow waters of Despotiko island to savor a traditional Greek lunch served on board. We will grill fresh fish or meat, depending on your preferences, and we will enjoy them along with freshly made greek salad, potato salad, and a nice cold beer. Galatea is a splendid Turkish schooner, the only one on the island of Paros, 19m long x 5.5m wide, with elegant shapes and large internal and external living spaces. A 3-4 stops for swimming and snorkeling , sunbathing on the deck listening music while finger food is served at the first stop. Main meal follows at second stop. A buffet Lunch meal offered : Greek Salad, Potato Salad, Salad with bulgur wheat, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh green onions, parsley, mint, briam (vegetable casserole), and seafood with orzo pasta. Fruits, water, soft drinks and wine (in controlled consumption) are served during the cruise. Some of the sea places we visit are : Blue Lagoon (Panteronisia called by locals), Sea Caves and Cliff jumping or Faneromeni beach instead (in case of South winds), Despotico and Fira. The duration of all Sea stops are 30 to 40 minutes long, except the one for the lunch. Our experienced captain Nikos and crew will choose the most protected areas from winds, ready to offer you a unique hospitality on board. Snorkeling equipment is available on board and swimming is allowed at all stops.

Departure at 10.00 from Naousa port. We pick up the nets that we have cast from the night before (30 min. procedure) and continue by giving the customer the choice to fish with a rod (has to be under good weather conditions for 1 hour). Combine swimming with fishing on a traditional boat tour and spend the day at sea visiting some of the island's most famous beaches: Small Santa Maria – Laggeri –& Platia Ammos. Lunch is served during the cruise (traditional Greek cuisine, with fresh ingredients) additionally to our fishing catch. Wine or Beer ,water, soft drinks offered too. We will walk with you around the main village and will drive you to the famous cave, to explore together. You will have a coffee-break (or a wine-or cocktail-break…?) in between, at a nice location, were there is enough time to relax and answer your questions about everything to know about Paros and Antiparos. And, on request, you can have lunch at a traditional restaurant too. Depending on your desire and depending on how much time we spend on our program, it is also possible to make a stop to dip into the sea at a nice beach. And: Some photos of you to take home as a reminder of a great time also included! (cocktail, wine or coffee included, as well as the ferry transfers to Antiparos and back, and the entrance-fee to the cave)

A special cooking class option, to enjoy the Parian countryside, on a traditional farm, in the Kormos area, just outside Parikia. We will show you how to cook a traditional Greek meal, with products directly from our garden. A sunset dinner, with authentic Greek cuisine, local Parian wine and Greek music. The program includes, a tour of the farm, dinner preparation and dinner at sunset. Menu: Greek village salad or dakos salad, tzatziki, zucchini, mixed vegetables in the oven (briam), , Barbecue meats and roast pork with potatoes. In addition, we serve homemade lemonade, homemade wine, water, bread, homemade ice cream. Special menu for vegans or vegetarians upon request.
