The highest peak of the Peloponnese is on Taygetos at 2407 meters. You can choose between one day trip or two-day trip. We will escort you from the Sparta shelter either for the shorter route or the longer. Starting from the Maganiari spring at 980 meters, where the longer route begins, and on the way to the shelter, by a marked path, we will come across rich fauna and flora which you'll have the chance to photograph. For the shorter route we'll start right outside the shelter, though the mountain's rich flora won't accompany us much longer as the vegetation gradually decreases and the slope into a new rocky environment increases. From the shelter, at the Varvara spot at 1,550 meters, we leave the Laconian side of Taygetos behind us and three hours later, climbing the last few meters of the mysterious 'pyramid' we will meet the roofless chapel of the Prophet Elija. The view of the entire Messinian bay will lie before us.

Starting from village of Haravgi we descend towards the gorge. We follow the water streams leading to a magnificent place. We walk into a magical but real natural paradise while passing along striking fonts full of water.The waterfall of Kadi stands between the big rocks of the gorge, with waters falling from a height of 25 meters onto the surface of a wonderful turquoise pond. Other larger lakes such as Kadi and Mavrolimna, give us also a chance to cool down with a swim in their cool waters. The sounds of nature, lush vegetation and beautiful waterfalls will turn an easy in difficulty walking path of three kilometers a unique and unforgettable experience. Our day begins by meeting with you and traveling towards the area of Nemea, where we begin our tour at the ancient stadium of Nemea, built in the 4th century BC, next to the temple of Zeus. Next, we will visit two award-winning wineries in the area, where we will learn about the vintage process, the wine-making stages and see the way wine is produced. We will share with you all the secrets of wine, through tasting some of the various local varieties. Our tour ends with a return trip to our pick up destination.

Ridomo gorge, starts from very deep of the heart of mountain Taygetos and after 25 km leads to the beach of Santοva near the city of Kalamata. The gorgeous gorge is a real geological phenomenon. Throughout its length is very easy to observe the uniqueness of its morphology, as well as the unique aesthetic value and practicality of its cobbled roads. It last 5 hours and the maximum number of hikers cannot be more than 15 people.
