Il Pino Poggibonsi organic farm, between San Gimignano, Florence and Siena. In 1965 three generations of farmers, Giovanbattista, Vincenzo and Giovanni Mannino, created our agricultural company. Today the love for the land and its fruits has not changed, so much so that the new Mannino generation, or Matteo and Gabriele, perpetuates a family tradition made of will and trust. Our organic products are: Chianti wine, IGT red wine, Tuscan oil.

Enjoy a unique dining experience with family and friends. You will be welcomed to stay and enjoy a traditional Fiorentina Steak paired with several vintage-reserve wines: Super Tuscans reserves, Montalcino, Montepulciano ect. Your taste journey will begin with the most common wines, accompanied by an appetizer of salami, cheeses, bruschetta, and snacks. You will then go to the more prestigious wines, together with some together with some fresh handmade pasta. Follow this with the the main reserve wines with the Fiorentina steak.
