You can learn Japanese sweets depending on the season. That means you can feel the beautiful Japanese season each time. Most of the wagashi are vegan & gluten-free. It is good for your health. Many visitors and my daily class students always have lots of fun making sweets, and they are always looking forward to eating the sweets.
