Using a 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser, we will reach the best areas with suitable skies to chase the Aurora Borealis. If the weather conditions allow, we may set off on a light hike/snowshoe walk, reaching pristine landscapes, calm fjords, frozen lakes and the best spots that the Arctic has to offer away from the crowds. Whether the ground will be covered in ice or snow, you will be provided with ice crampons or snow rackets, walking poles, thermal suits as well as foot and hand warmers. Remember to wear your own warm snow boots! Your guide will take photos of you and the lights, but if you have a camera as well, bring it along! You'll get tips on how to take your own Aurora photographs and use a professional tripod. A soup for dinner, cookies and hot drinks will warm us up in the wild, while enjoying the night Arctic sky!
