This tour offers a look into the history of South Africa and how the Portuguese navigators arrived in 1488. The small museum is interesting with a with a full size replica of the ship which sailed from Portugal to South Africa which was built in Portugal and sailed to Mossel Bay in 1988. This is a beautiful sea side town which offers beautiful beaches for swimming,walking and surfing and for the adventurous offers shark cage diving and a Zipline over the ocean. Plenty of restaurants serving delicious meals.

Mossel Bay is a very rich area with its abundant sea life of diverse fish, seals, whales, penguins, other sea birds, dolphins, the occasional orca and, of course, the Great White Sharks. For this reason we decided to base our shark cage diving headquarters on the Garden Route of South Africa. The predominant dive spot is Shark Island.

It's an absolute beginner friendly experience which means no prior experience is required. All the ATV's have an electric start and equipped with automatic gearboxes. Enjoy your day day when your tour guide will pick  you up early from  your guesthouse/hotel/airbnb in Johannesburg/Pretoria with a comfortable air-con mini bus and drive you through a beautiful scenic route and Magaliesburg Mountains to Pilanesberg Game Reserve.Your guide will stop halfway for a coffee/bathroom . After your rest, your guide will drive you to the bush lodge where you will join the Open Top Vehicle Safari. Duration of your safari is 3 hours.  After your wonderfull safari, your guide will return to Johannesburg. Pilanesberg is a  National Park and 59,000 hectares. Home of the Big5 animals.
