Ávila is one of Spain's World Heritage cities. It was so honored for being the best preserved example of a medieval walled city from the Reconquista period. This city is known as the "land of songs and saints." We will arrive at the cathedral of Ávila , considered the first Gothic cathedral in Spain . We will admire the beauty of the Basilica of San Vicente and continue to the Plaza Mayor, also known as the Plaza del Mercado Chico . Here we will find the Town Hall and, very close, the church of San Juan Bautista, a place linked to our patron saint Santa Teresa .

We will also walk before some of the most representative palaces such as Superunda or Los Dávila, to end our tour on the pleasant Paseo del Rastro, another of the most idyllic spots in the city next to its garden-viewpoint we can enjoy the impressive views, which are the delight of the fortified city and all its visitors.
