THE TOUR STARTS ON TIME.
What makes Geneva tick? I moved here alone at 17 — and started walking.
This tour is about discovering Geneva through the lens of someone who fell in love with the city piece by piece. We start at Plaine de Plainpalais, a vast square that transforms into Geneva’s iconic flea market — a place where you’ll find more than just vintage objects. It’s where Geneva feels human.
We’ll explore Parc des Bastions, a quiet spot that feels like an open-air theatre. There, the Reformation Wall tells the story of why Geneva became known as the Protestant Rome — and how religion shaped the city’s character. We’ll also pass through the luxury corridors of Rue du Rhône and Rue du Marché, and wander near the discreet banks that helped shape Switzerland’s global image. Why do privacy, money, and neutrality matter so much here — and how did these values shape a country that stayed out of every war?
Along the way, you’ll hear stories I’ve come across through work, study, and my own curiosity. From iconic fountains to the way locals navigate identity in a multilingual, neutral land — this walk connects small places to big ideas.
If you’re the kind of person who likes cities that whisper instead of shout — I’ll show you how to listen.
