• The Cathedral of St. Vincent de Paul, an impressive colonial-era building that stands majestically in the center of Habib Bourguiba Avenue
• The Gate of France, the iconic point of union between the modernity and tradition of the Medina
• Zitouna Street, one of the most lively and commercial streets of the Medina
• The traditional souks, where we will explore markets specializing in copper, chechia (traditional caps), wool, perfumes, medicinal herbs, gold, sweets, essences, carpets, and tapestries
• A historic café, the perfect place to relax with an authentic mint tea
• The Kasbah Square, a grand historic square where our journey concludes, surrounded by centuries of Tunisian history

The Cathedral of St. Vincent de Paul, the El-Zituna Mosque, the Medina... On this free walking tour of Tunis, you'll explore the Tunisian capital's main spots.
We’ll begin our tour at the Tophet, a sacred area associated with the Punic religion, where urns containing the remains of infants and animals were buried. It is believed to have been a site of offerings to the deities Tanit and Baal Hammon.
Next, we’ll visit the Punic ports—an ingenious harbor system consisting of a commercial port and a circular military port. These structures played a central role in Carthage’s prominence as a maritime power in the Mediterranean.
We’ll then explore the Magon Quarter, a former residential area that also served a defensive function. Excavations here have revealed remains of Punic houses and sections of the city wall, offering insight into Carthaginian urban planning.
Finally, we’ll head to the archaeological park of the Antonine Baths. Built during the Roman period, these baths are among the largest in Africa and provide a striking example of Roman public architecture and engineering. The site includes ruins of bathing rooms, columns, and seaside terraces.
