Please join a certified guide for an adventure in ecotherapy! Forest bathing is about spending intentional time with nature. Taking a forest bathing tour with a guide can offer a myriad of benefits. The session begins with a meditation designed to open your senses, followed by short, mindful walks partnered with invitations to explore nature in multiple ways. We end with a tea ceremony. Participants report entering a deep state of relaxation. Forest bathing is often with friends and/or family. Many people report a feeling of connection – not just with the natural world but also with each other.
