Ready to discover the magic of one of the world's oldest and most prized painting techniques? Did you know that the location of this workshop is steeped in magic? We are talking about a palace dating back to the 13th century, in which you can breathe the ancient charm of art, as in the artistic workshops of the Renaissance, inside which you will find this restoration studio decorated with so many works of art from the Tuscan territory. A workshop within everyone's reach, in which you will be guided in the creation of a small fresco painting: you can choose a subject from Tuscan landscapes, excerpts from frescoes by local masters, or let your most vivid imagination run wild and paint following what inspires the artist in you! From laying down plaster on a small support to the final details at the tip of the brush, you will be able to create a mini work of art in the wake of the ancient techniques and historical methodologies of masters such as Piero della Francesca!

The cooking classes take place in the kitchen and terrace overlooking the landscape, the hills and mountains of Umbria and Tuscany. For the classes we will use only fresh, seasonal, and local products. The lessons include the preparation of 2 kinds of pasta ( tagliatelle and ravioli), or gnocchi, 2 sauces ( tomatoes and sage sauces or pesto) and a dessert. So you will learn to make pasta (with love!), how to use the rolling pin, the pastry board, the pasta machine and other tools for dough, ravioli and different kinds of pasta. The Chianina meat is hard to find outside Siena, Umbria and Lazio. It is an ancient porcelain-white Italian cattle breed. The Chianina cows have a huge capacity for excellent meat production. The meat is red and free from waste. The Cinta Senese is an ancient tuscan black pig with a white belt. The pigs are very prominent throughout the land. This pig is famous for its excellent meat with a DOP classification. It is rich and of high quality. Both animals have a long and good life. The organic farm has its biologic certificate. After our visit to the agriculture land we drive back to the restaurant for our Chianina beef lunch.
