Our tour of tasting to the shade of the secular ulivis begins at the 10 a.m. departing from the Masseria Scianolecchia inside the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto and will last around 2 hours. A calm walk to the shade of the ancient olive trees of ogliarola and in the fields where the appreciated is cultivated Fiaschetto tomatoes of Torre Guaceto, they will allow to discover extraordinary natural habitats giving the possibility to know the precious characteristics of the Mediterranean style. It starts from Martina Franca and through panoramic paved roads with little traffic you reach the Ciclovia of the Pugliese Aqueduct at the Ashram Bole Baba. After a few kilometers of unpaved road we head towards Cisternino, a brief stop in the historic center, after which we head towards Locorotondo along the cycle route. Starting out from Montalbano, at the foot of the hills between Ostuni and Fasano, in the heart of Puglia, we cycle on a section of the Traiana road and go down hill towards the coast to discover the coastal dune park, a small treasure of biodiversity made of plants, trees, reptiles and birds typical of the wet lands. Tour continues slowly on small roads lined by stone with drystone walls, rarely visited cattle track and unique landscapes.

Once we leave Alberobello we will stop in Locorotondo, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, we will take some photos together, we will visit its suggestive historical center, the tour continues with the return to Martina Franca where its historic center is located, dwelling on its panoramic points!
