Take a deep dive into the world of terroir and the passion that fuels these winemakers to create such masterpieces. And, as if that wasn't enough, we'll also indulge your taste buds with local delicacies that perfectly complement the enchanting flavors and aromas of this mystical land. This experience will leave you buzzing with all the senses engaged and a newfound appreciation for the art of winemaking.

We are going to visit Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014, from an ecological and sporting point of view. We are in Nizza Monferrato, we will travel off the beaten track, on dirt and paved roads and you will have a professional at your disposal who will be able to help you make the best use of your ebike and will explain what surrounds you so that you can better appreciate this wonderful wine-growing region . The route is about 39 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 860 meters, therefore suitable for moderately trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the castles and medieval villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The off-road route is medium-easy but safe for everyone. In case of difficulty in tackling the dirt parts, the guide will show you how to do it safely, or he will change the asphalt route to make it easier and more fun for everyone.

We'll begin our tour with a delightful breakfast at a charming local bar frequented by locals. While you enjoy some delicious cappuccino with cornetto, I'll share some interesting stories about the area's history and give you great tips for the rest of your trip. I'll make sure to suggest some amazing wineries, restaurants, and wines for you to try out! Afterward, we'll immerse ourselves in the vibrant and picturesque Alba farmers market. Here, I'll provide you with insights on how to select fresh, seasonal, and authentic produce that truly encapsulates the essence of the region.
