Tours & activities in Padua
I will offer you a fantastic tour in this wonderful city with incredible monuments, squares, narrow streets and stories that await you.
The tour begins in the central Piazza Garibaldi, which is also the meeting point, then we will continue towards the historic Pedrocchi, a bar from the early 1900s that made the history of the city, where we will visit part of the interiors; subsequently we will continue towards the town hall of Padua and above all towards the historic university, the Bò, where you can admire the shields of the main European families whose scions studied here; after visiting the University, we will head to the 3 Paduan squares, the real beating heart of the city: piazza della Frutta, delle Erbe and dei Signori; nearby is the Jewish ghetto, where the entire Jewish population of the city lived until a few decades ago. Via Roma is the main commercial artery, with many shops and beautiful buildings, at the end of this important street, Prato della Valle opens up, a spectacular and huge square where the history of the city was made, to finish, visit the church par excellence of the city, Sant Antonio, a fundamental point to fully understand the religious heart of Padua.
