Once you’ve picked your fare, and 4 wineries you’d like to request for your day, you will send them (4 priority+2 backups) at your earliest convenience. They will then create your itinerary, and make the appointments for your party, provided they can be accommodated, and take you accordingly throughout the day. Large parties (7+) have limited options for winery choices.
