In a participatory way, the nucleus developed the Freedom Route, which features activities that present the history, geography, culture and way of life of communities recognized as remaining quilombolas on the banks of the Bay of Iguape Cachoeira Bahia. All routes are directed by people from the communities themselves, trained in history, regional geography, first aid and trail driving. * It is worth noting that the order of experiences can be changed, due to weather conditions or other factors that impact the experience.
