Come and learn surfing on one of the most beautiful beaches in Biarritz or opt for a traveling surf trip to discover the best spots on the Basque coast. For any one-week course, photos of your exploits will be offered to you. On your arrival, your instructor will equip you with a seasonal neoprene suit and will choose with you the board best suited to your level and size. After a 10-minute warm-up, educational training informing you of the best recovery techniques will last approximately 20 minutes. Now it's up to you: in the presence of your instructor who accompanies you in the water to encourage your choice of wave and your take-off, you will have an hour and a half of surfing.
